Pre-School Teaching Assistant Required

Permanent, Term Time Only (34 weeks per annum)

Full time, 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

Part time/job share considered 2/3 days per minimum

£18765 to £22405 per annum (dependent upon experience and qualifications) PLUS £1000 p/a shift allowance

Our brand new brand pre-school provision “Little Sparks” opened on 7th September 2021 and we are now looking to expand the team as our numbers continue to grow.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified teaching assistant to support our pre-school teaching staff in the preparation and delivery of the curriculum.  This person will also provide the after school hours care for our EYFS pupils. The successful candidate must have a full and relevant level 3 early years qualification, recent experience teaching this age group, be kind, caring and sympathetic to our Christian ethos. The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, be flexible and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They will demonstrate commitment and be passionate about doing the best for their pupils. Please refer to the job description and person specification for full role information.
