Staff

At Holy Cross Prep we are privileged to have such a caring and committed staff body; our dedicated teams across administration, facilities, catering, lunchtime and wraparound supervision, teaching and senior leadership all work together to support the education of our pupils.

Senior Leadership Team

Led by the Headteacher, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) has six other members: Deputy Head Academic, Assistant Head Pastoral, Head of Pre-Prep Department, Head of Junior Department, Head of Specialists and the Bursar. All are responsible for designated areas of school life to ensure the smooth running of the whole school, including timetabling, curriculum, assessment, pastoral care, finance and business.

Class Teachers

We are two-form entry, and our highly experienced teachers are fully engaged with academic standards, pastoral care, correspondence with parents and co-curricular activities, in addition to their daily teaching commitments.

Teaching Assistants

Teaching assistants play an invaluable role in the classroom and each year group has dedicated support; with a wealth of experience, our TAs understand how to bring out the best in each child.

Specialist Teachers

We are pleased to be able to provide specialist teaching throughout the whole school in computing, music, PE, French, art and drama. Our fantastic specialist teachers work closely with class teachers to ensure that pupils receive a broad and balanced curriculum.

Admin Team

From administering medicines and organising activity clubs, to liaising with new parents and managing school fees, our dedicated admin team is integral to the overall running of the school.

Facilities Team

Our wonderful facilities team is responsible for the upkeep of the school site, from building maintenance and health & safety checks, to management of the busy sports & performing arts hall.
