On Wednesday the girls took part in the Kingston Borough Cross country championships. Each girl had to run 2km and her finishing place went towards the teams points total. As year 5 were on an outing we sent a team from year 4 to compete on their behalf. Both age groups won which was an amazing achievement considering our Year 4’s ran in a Year 5 race.
There were 21 schools represented and over 100 runners in each race. The girls came home as Borough Champions in both age groups. Well done girls, all of you are stars!
