Ahead of Children’s Mental Health Week (3rd – 9th Feb), last week we celebrated our very own ‘Wellbeing Day’.
From energising Zumba moves in the hall, to relaxing yoga techniques in the pavilion, Wellbeing Day was packed with fun activities to help promote a healthy, positive mindset – so important in our busy world!
Alongside these active sessions, each class took part in classroom-based workshops, including making stress balls, writing thoughtful ‘how are you feeling’ letters and inventing wellbeing superheroes – fun, informative and effective!
