The Greatest Gift – God’s only Son, Jesus
‘…going into the house they saw the child with His mother Mary, and falling to their knees they worshipped him.’ Matthew 2:1-12
This week we celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany, when we remember the time the three wise men followed the star to find the baby Jesus in Bethlehem. They brought with them three special gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh, as they wanted to show their respect to the new born king.
At the start of the new year, we must take time to think about what gifts we can give to Jesus. It could be sharing our talents or our prayers, or perhaps spreading love and kindness to others.
