“On Tuesday evening over 100 singers and instrumentalists (with seven accompanying music staff) assembled in the hall to present a varied concert of music to parents. Featured, were the most advanced pupils in the school, alongside all of our musical ensembles who work hard on a weekly basis, and took the opportunity to perform.
The programme was diverse, with music from many areas and genres. Most importantly, the pupils all worked extremely hard to prepare a concert-level performance. They should all be very proud of themselves for the way they rose to the occasion and gave the audience a memorable evening of music, which culminated in every performer singing or playing together during the final item.
