Infant Christmas Crafting Fun

After we had all enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch on Wednesday the Infant girls returned to their classrooms and were surprised to find afternoon lessons had been cancelled in place of a 'Christmas craft' session! Miss Valelly, Head of Pre-Prep explains what happened.

"With Christmas music playing and the fairy lights on, the whiteboards were switched off and our attention turned to scissors, glue sticks and all things sparkly and glittery. Reception made some fashionable reindeers for their Christmas trees that sported funky Christmas jumpers, cosy hats, ear muffs and glittery antlers. Year 1 had a real ‘hoot’ making owl gift bags that are sure to hold a treat for someone special, whilst the girls in Year 2 made a beautiful, glittery, sequin bauble to hang on their tree at home. Afterwards, the festive frolics continued with dancing, games and singing. A very Merry Christmas indeed and as a reward for doing so well this Autumn term!".
