A marvellously green and HUGE MacMillan ‘Thank You’ to everyone who supported this event in school on Friday. There was a super spread of treats and goodies for the girls to enjoy at break time and our parents, staff and the extended school community appreciated all that was on offer. This event is always something to look forward to, early on in the term, as it brings together so many people and fundraises for such a good cause. We welcomed back on Friday Mrs Varrall and Mrs Matuseviciene complete with prams and their beautiful off-spring, alongside former parents and staff who had come to enjoy the morning and catch up with friends of old.

The girls were delighted to be in their own clothes ‘mufti’ on Friday as well – many of them, staff included, had paid £1 for the privilege and to wear their jeans in recognition of another great charitable cause, ‘Jeans for Genes Day’. We raised £290 for this charity and a staggering £2,125 for MacMillan! Thanking you all for your generous support.
