SCHOOL FEES INFORMATION

SEPTEMBER 2009

Fees

School fees from September 2009 are £3010 which includes school lunches, (£9030 annually). This payment includes the Pupil Personal Accident Insurance Scheme premium, details of which are available separately. Also included in this fee amount are curriculum books and equipment, and school trips; materials and any additional school trips or workshops will be billed separately.

Review and Notice of Increase

Notifications of any fee increases are given to parents one full term in advance.

Payment Due Dates

Payment for school fees is due on or before the first day of term. If there is a problem which might prevent this, we do ask as a matter of courtesy that you contact the Bursar, Mrs Hughes, to advise her of the situation. An administration charge of £25 will be added to the account for each letter of reminder which may need to be sent, if previous arrangements have not been made with the Bursar.

Payment by Instalment

Parents may wish to take advantage of the facility for payment of school fees in monthly instalments by Direct Debit. The school operates a scheme through Holmwoods Termtime Credit which allows the spread of fee payments over a selected period, which may be as short as one term, or for a longer period as desired. Please contact the Bursar, Mrs Hughes, if you would like information about this scheme.

Payment of each term’s fees can be made by a credit transfer or on-line payment into the school bank account – information about this is included with fee invoices prior to the start of each term.
