Sunday Times Prep School of the Year 2013-14

'Pave the Way'

On Wednesday the school was visited by Under 18 England hockey player Lynn Vanderstichele – a former Holy Cross girl, 2007-2012. During an evening presentation to current parents, Lynn spoke of how her time here had nurtured her love of all sport; recalling one of her favourite memories of reaching the IAPS hockey national finals with school was… the ice cream treat!

Lynn also revealed how excited she was for the current girls concerning the £750K sports facilities investment project on the horizon, as the school launched its ‘Pave the Way’ initiative. ‘Pave the Way’ is the chance to be part of the legacy of this project, with a brick engraved with your family name costing £100, along with an entry into a prize draw to win a term free of school fees!
